“Welcome to MTV Cribs – Beacon Edition!” All activities are launching the month of April and May, and everyone is invited to participate!
We are just in time for spring cleaning. Cleaning indoors will involve dusting, vacuuming, throwing out old items, purchasing new house decorations, and we’ll work on new hobbies while beginning new healthy activities. Outdoor cleaning will involve raking the old leaves, removing weeds, mowing lawn, finding new lawn decorations for our gardens, and beautifying everything outside.
The new healthy activity includes becoming part of the “100 Mile Club” where our staff and people-supported will exercise by walking 100 miles this spring.
A great thing about Beacon Cribs is that the homes get to participate in a competition. We make it a healthy and fun activity so everyone enjoys participating. Then we share the photos and videos with all homes who are participants, and the grand prize winner receives a nice reward for being the top Beacon Cribs home.
This is a clean, fun, and imaginative activity where we want to see all homes decorated with nice rooms inside and beautiful gardens outside! Everyone has a say in what happens. We increase team-building skills and promote healthy living inside, outside, and for personal growth. It’s a great time for rebirth and encouraging endless possibilities for all our Individuals.
