Clinical & Nursing Support in Every Home

Unlike many Michigan providers, Beacon offers clinical and nursing support across all homes, allowing for: 

  • Immediate issue resolution 
  • Assist with immediate response while waiting on PCP or case manager response 
  • Coordinated care planning 
  • Trauma-Informed interventions 

Our teams are trained in Trauma-Informed Care, ensuring safe, respectful, and individualized support. 

Beacon also offers My25 nutritional meal planning & development:

Every individual receives $75 at admission to personalize their living space—because feeling at home begins with ownership and dignity.
