For nearly 60 years, Keystone Community Resources has been Pennsylvania’s leading provider of community-based services for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our Pennsylvania team serves over 1,400 adults across seven counties and offers an array of services, including both full and part-time supports. We operate over 90 community-based group homes and Day Option Programs. In addition, we also offer Supported Employment, Life Sharing and Supported Living opportunities in northeast Pennsylvania.

These services include daily activity designed to provide necessary level of structure and support, complementing developmental needs, including specialized services such as Autism and Prader-Willi Syndrome. Our homes provide care and skill building with internal support from clinical, vocational, medical, and educational services.

We offer day activity services including our new remote and In-home services, pre-vocational, vocational training and the arts. Each day option experience is customized based on the individual’s preference and abilities. Our programs are stepping stone toward community integration, and supported employment.
Supported Employment
We work with individuals to develop the skills & abilities necessary to pursue Employment. Our employment services include Job Coaching, Job Development, Career, Community-Based Work Assessments, Transitional Services, and Small Group Employment.

This program assists individuals in seeking and obtaining competitive employment within their desired field (using career assessments, etc.). Services are provided in a community integrated setting, with co-workers and supervisors who do not have disabilities. The employee earns competitive wages, at or above, minimum wage.

This is a dedicated, personalized service including information and guidance to help people manage their Participant-Driven Supports (PDS). Supports Broker will primarily help assist with employer related functions, planning, budgeting, accessing community resources and maintaining supports and supports networks. The individual must be using self-directed services under the Consolidated, Community or P/FDS Waivers.
