She overcame many obstacles, accomplished greatness, and paved the way for a greater tomorrow with her brilliance, advocacy, and leadership abilities.

Communication with the eyes takes mastery skills. Q, a person-supported at Beacon Specialized Living, has been thriving with eye gaze as a form of speech within his home.

Each year we recognize employees across Beacon to receive the Ken Ratzlaff Humanitarian Award. This award speaks to an individual’s dedication to those they serve and the hard work they put in across the board.
