Resident & Community Supports

Our group homes are focused around community-based living, and designed to foster development for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Day Habilitation Programs

Our day habilitation programs provide education and training to help adults with disabilities improve upon current skills and develop new ones that will increase independent living skills and community integration.

Supports Coordination

Our Support Coordinators take a person-centered approach by talking with individuals, their family/guardians and team members to learn about the individual’s strengths, needs, areas of interest, and goals.

Clinical Services

Clinical staff are integral to the day to day support for our residents.

New Jersey Locations

We have 32 homes across Burlington, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset, and Warren Counties. We are an approved Support Coordination Agency, through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (NJDDD), for 13 counties in New Jersey including Atlantic, Bergen, Cape May, Cumberland, Essex, Gloucester, Hudson, Hunterdon, Morris, Passaic, Salem, Sussex and Union Counties.
